Overview
The trees in this site were more numerous than they were in site A. There was a variety of trees at this location and they were easy to get to. The land was level except for the deep rut the creek has carved out for itself. Along the banks there was kudzu everywhere choking out any other possible plant life.
Visual-Biological Factors
There were very small fish that were seen several times throughout the collecting period. There were spiders and also many various insects including: woodlice, ticks, and mosquitoes.
Data Collected
The trees picked at this site lacked major problems due to their location on flat land in peoples backyards. There were a few trees that were joined to another tree at their trunk. Also there was ivy growing up several of the trees which could lead to future problems.
Visual-Biological Characteristics
The biodiversity within and around the stream was at a minimal level. The students saw small minnows and several insects but not near as meany as expected for summer time. The Kudzu on the banks choked out anything else that could be trying to grow on this area.
